Last Updated: [25.03.2025] Definitions In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Website Administration – Game Sentry – company Digithive UAB , with company registration number 307058589 and registered office located at J. Savickio g. 4-7, LT-01108 Vilnius, email: support@game-centry.com; Terms or Agreement – a public offer by the Website Administration to conclude a license agreement for the purchase of goods remotely. User – an individual who has access to the Site via the Internet. Goods – licenses (activation keys) for computer games and other digital products, the information about which is presented on the Site. Order – the User’s request to receive the Goods, made in accordance with the requirements of the Site. Site – the website located at https://game-centry.com/. Parties – the User and the Website Administration.
Acceptance of Terms By using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by and accept these Terms in their entirety, without modification. The User confirms that they have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of their country of residence and that no applicable laws restrict or prohibit their use of the Platform. Game Sentry reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will not affect rights acquired under the previous version of the Terms. Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms via the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective fourteen days following their publication on the Platform. For new users, the version valid at the time of registration is applicable. If a User does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform.
User Account Creating a User account on Game Sentry and accessing the Platform’s features are free of charge, subject to compliance with these Terms. To utilize the Platform’s features, individuals must register by completing the registration form available on the Platform. Each User is permitted to maintain only one account on the Platform. Users must have an internet-enabled device and an up-to-date web browser to access the Platform. During registration, Users must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. Upon successful registration, Users will gain access to their personal account. Users must ensure that their email address is always up-to-date and valid, and they are obligated to promptly update it in case of any changes. The User consents to the processing of their personal data by Game Sentry for the purposes of delivering services on the Platform and ensuring its functionality. The availability of certain Platform features may differ based on the User’s location, and some features may not be accessible to all Users. Game Sentry reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to some or all features of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or other necessary changes.
Account Security Access to the Platform’s features requires the User to enter their email address and password on the login page. The User acknowledges that their email address and password are personal and unique identifiers. The User agrees to keep their email address and password confidential and not to disclose them to third parties. Unauthorized sharing of these credentials may result in harm to Game Sentry or other Users. The User is responsible for preventing unauthorized access to their account and for any losses or damages resulting from such access. The User is liable for all activities conducted through their account, including those performed by individuals to whom they grant access. The User must notify Game Sentry immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
Payments Payment for Products must be completed before delivery. Payment is processed through a third-party payment system, where the User must provide necessary payment information. Payments can be made using any available payment method listed on the Platform. Both parties acknowledge that financial institutions or payment systems may impose fees for processing transactions.
Purchase and Delivery Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive the Product in an electronic format. Delivery of the Goods shall be made within 72 hours after successful payment, except for cases when the order requires additional verification. After payment for the Goods, the User receives the activation key in their personal account on the Website. The User is responsible for the safety of the activation key and access to their personal account.
Prohibited Actions Users must not: a) Use the Platform for any purposes other than those intended by Game Sentry, as outlined in these Terms. b) Engage in illegal activities under any applicable law or infringe upon third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights. Game Sentry agrees not to: a) Offer Products that have been previously used or activated. b) Provide faulty or invalid Products.
Intellectual Property The exclusive rights to the Website belong to the Website Administration. The exclusive rights to the Product belong to their respective rights holders. The User has the right to use the Product only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Liability Game Sentry is not liable for damages arising from: a) Issues with the Platform or inability to use it due to force majeure or factors beyond Game Sentry’s control, including viruses. b) User violations of these Terms, such as providing false information.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution Complaints may be submitted via email to support@game-centry.com. In case of a dispute, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through negotiation.
Final Provisions This agreement is in effect indefinitely and governed by the laws applicable to Game Sentry. The User may terminate the agreement by requesting account deletion. Game Sentry may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice.
