Refund Policy
Users can cancel their order at any time before completing the payment. As long as no payment has been made, cancellations are unrestricted and can be processed without issue.
If we are unable to provide the purchased product, the full amount paid will be refunded to the user. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. In certain cases, an alternative refund method may be offered, and users will be notified via the website or direct communication from our team.
If a refund is approved through a separate agreement between the user and our administration, only the amount paid for the product will be refunded. Any third-party fees incurred during the transaction process (e.g., banking, payment system, or agent fees) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Users acknowledge that refunds may be issued by third-party service providers acting on behalf of our administration. If deemed necessary, users must accept the refund from these authorized third parties.
If a purchased key has not been activated, users are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After the request is submitted, the website will contact the user via email with further instructions and details on the next steps.
