Scouts improve over time and provide regular reports on cyclist potential, attributes, and key insights — helping you monitor, recruit, and shape the future stars of your team before your rivals do.

A new generation of cyclists brings more realism and depth. Young talents aged 16 to 18 are created using a new six-star rating system, with 1,500–2,000 juniors generated each year — three times more than before. These young riders are more versatile and grow similarly to elite pros.

The development system has been refined to make growth more realistic and dependent on team fit and coach relationships. Cyclists must integrate well into the team and work closely with their coach to reach their full potential.

Expect more dynamic races and a more aggressive, varied peloton. Races now feature early attacks, strategic moves from favorites, and less predictable outcomes, offering a fresh experience with each stage — including all 21 official stages of the Tour de France 2022.

Other improvements include a redesigned and more intuitive user interface, a completely reworked athlete page with enhanced stats and comparison tools, and an improved stamina and durability system, which now has a stronger impact on race performance, energy management, and end-game tactics.

Race-day form is now more consistent with the rider’s expected condition, and gameplay is more customizable with new options to tweak bonus amplitude. Simulation times have been doubled in speed, making for a smoother, faster experience. Plus, you can now select custom team jerseys for each race to match your style or strategy.
