King Arthur: Legion IX is a standalone turn-based strategy RPG set in the dark, myth-infused universe of King Arthur: Knight’s Tale. Blending tactical combat, deep RPG systems, and city management, this new campaign offers a brutal yet captivating tale of Roman ambition, demonic power, and moral reckoning.

A new threat rises in Avalon. The long-lost Ninth Legion, commanded by the fallen tribune Gaius Julius Menthon, has returned from Tartarus under the orders of the dead Emperor Septimius Sulla. With demonic power in his grasp, Menthon seeks to establish an Eternal Rome on the sacred isle of the Lady of the Lake. To do so, he must reunite his scattered legion and challenge Avalon’s ancient forces — including Mordred’s Knights of the Round Table.

A Dark Roman Campaign

Lead the Ninth Legion through a campaign of 15 unique missions, battling horrifying creatures, Fomorians, Sidhe, Picts, and otherworldly monsters. Traverse the mystical lands of Avalon, uncover Roman ruins, and forge a path of conquest — or redemption.

Tactical RPG Gameplay

Build your squad of 5–6 heroes, each with their own skill trees, classes, and equipment. Engage in deep tactical combat that rewards smart positioning, use of cover, traps, flanking, and the vigilance system to outmaneuver your enemies. Decisions on and off the battlefield will shape your fate.

Heroes of the Abyss

Command six unique champions drawn from the depths of the Abyss. These twisted Roman warriors have returned with deadly abilities, ready to reclaim Avalon. Customize and upgrade your heroes, unlock ultimate abilities, and collect powerful loot and crafted artifacts.

Shape Your Own Fate

Your choices determine Gaius Julius Menthon’s destiny. Will he cling to his humanity, turning away from the will of the Emperor? Or will he embrace his demonic transformation and conquer Avalon by force? The outcome of your campaign rests on the decisions you make.
