Breathedge is a darkly comedic space survival adventure where you play as an ordinary man caught in extraordinary circumstances. While transporting your grandfather’s remains for a space burial, you’re thrown into the middle of an interstellar conspiracy.
Welcome to the debris field
After a massive space hearse crashes, you’re left stranded among floating wreckage, coffins, and corpses. Your mission? Stay alive in this cosmic junkyard, uncover the truth, rescue a damsel in distress, and navigate bizarre environments—all without breaking your keyboard from frustration.
Craft the ridiculous (and the useful)
With the power of blue duct tape and scattered resources, you can build anything—from pointless junk to essential survival tools. While most items are purely for fun, creating the useful ones might just bring you closer to finishing the game.
Construct your floating bachelor pad
Build and maintain your own space station. Hook it up with oxygen and power, equip it with everything from solar panels to a hamster farm, and decorate it with an odd mix of furniture and space trash to make it feel like home.
Upgrade your ride(s)
Whether it’s a makeshift rocket, a personal vehicle, or even a corpse-based mode of transport, you’ll find creative ways to travel. Just watch out for sudden crashes—they tend to end poorly.
Story-driven, if you want it to be
While surviving in space is engaging on its own, Breathedge also features a story full of satire, strange characters, a relentless enemy, a fearless immortal chicken, and hilariously low-budget cutscenes. You can follow the plot—or completely ignore it out of spite.
In short: survive, explore, build, laugh, and maybe save the galaxy… or just drift through it in style.
